Dream Big

The other day I was reading an article about the difference in how people set goals for themselves. Some people set easy to reach goals and some people shoot for the moon. Reading this article made me think about my own goals and how I always have and always will “dream big” when it comes to my own personal goals. You might be saying to yourself setting goals, even ones that might be impossible to reach, is a very common thing. True. However, how my mind works (hyper-imagination) is a bit different then most people. Since I was a kid I always dreamt of being just about anything and anyone imaginable, but the difference is that I have never strived to be something average or even above-average. For example, as a kid I always wanted to be rich…pretty common I would say. However, I didn’t want to be just rich, or even the richest person in the world, I wanted to be the richest person ever…yeah, I wanted to be richer then people like Rockefeller, Carnegie, anyone from any time…adjusted for inflation of course. The same thing goes for sports, music, business and anything you can possibly imagine. As I have gotten older I still dream big and set high-goals for myself - granted I might not reach most of them, but I dont see anything wrong with that.
